1. Account Types Mark Richards proudly supplies both independent creators and retail businesses. While our standard catalog is open to the public, we offer exclusive tier-based pricing for verified wholesale partners. A valid State Tax Resale Certificate or business license is required to open and maintain a wholesale trade account. We reserve the right to close any wholesale account that does not meet our trade criteria or is found to be sharing wholesale pricing with the general public.

2. Order Minimums & Payment Terms To ensure we can offer our premium supplies at the best possible prices, we maintain accessible order minimums for all customers:

  • Credit Card Orders: A minimum order of $50 is required. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Net 30 Terms: A minimum order of $250 is required for trade accounts approved for Net 30 terms. Late payments on Net 30 accounts may be subject to interest charges or the revocation of term privileges.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped via UPS standard ground service unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your total order. While we strive to process and ship all in-stock items as quickly as possible, turnaround times may vary during peak seasonal periods.

4. Returns, Damages, and Shortages

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item or if your order is missing products, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Return Window: All claims for returns, damages, or shortages must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Return Authorization: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our team. Returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Restocking Fees: Authorized returns of non-defective merchandise may be subject to a standard restocking fee.

5. Intellectual Property & Product Use

All content, imagery, and branding on this website (including Crystal Stickers®, Designs™ Iron-ons, and Wear'm™ Canvas) are the intellectual property of Mark Richards Enterprises. Retailers are welcome to use our product images to sell our items on their own retail websites. However, Mark Richards trademarks and branding cannot be altered or misrepresented.

Mark Richards Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these terms, pricing, and minimums at any time without prior notice.
