How Ordering Works

To ensure we can offer our premium supplies at the best possible prices, we have a $50 minimum for all orders (excluding shipping). Our items are sold in convenient "inner packs" (typically sets of 6 or 12). This makes it easy to stock up on your favorite rhinestones, iron-ons, and embellishments for your next big idea!

Payment Methods

All payments are securely processed via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us; you can quickly and easily check out as a guest using any major credit card.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We know you are excited to start creating! To ensure reliable, trackable, and safe delivery of your craft supplies, all Mark Richards orders are shipped via UPS.

Wholesale & Trade Accounts

Our standard catalog is open to everyone, but verified businesses and retailers can apply for a trade account to unlock exclusive, tier-based pricing. Trade accounts require a $250 minimum order and approved credit. To apply for a trade account, please visit our Wholesale Application page. Once approved, your exclusive pricing will automatically apply whenever you log in.
